In an interview with C.J. Polychroniou, Norman Rogers, second vice president of United Steelworkers (USW) Local 675, shares his insights on the principles and importance of providing a just transition for fossil fuel workers as we transition to a green economy. He advances that "a just path to a decarbonized future is absolutely critical to an ecologically sustainable economy. The costs of achieving a green economy should not be borne by those who have suffered and been excluded by the injustices associated with industrialization."
