In America and Around the World, the Poor Will Pay for the GOP Tax Plan

This commentary by Léonce Ndikumana of PERI discusses how the large corporate tax rate cut within the overall Republican tax plan will induce other countries to follow suit. Ndikumana explains why the spillover effects of this measure will be experienced most heavily by poor people throughout the world.
