Judy Fogg has been an integral part of everything PERI has done, beginning in 2001 and continuing right up to her retirement at the end of this past June. Her levels of both competence and commitment to PERI were always phenomenal. Even more important, Judy has been a great friend to everyone who was fortunate enough to engage with her in any capacity at PERI. We will miss Judy greatly, but wish her only the best in all the many things she will be pursuing now that she is unchained from the PERI shackles.
